Welcome to BeKonnected! Our mission is to create a nurturing, fun Reggio-inspired in-home daycare for children to thrive. We offer a safe and inclusive program where children are encouraged build a strong sense of self and wonder. Allowing parents peace of mind and ease to focus on their day.

I’m Kirrin Bereznak, the founder of BeKonnected, and a passionate child care professional with over 11 years of experience. Before starting BeKonnected, I had the privilege of serving in a variety of roles devoted to fostering the well-being of children.

Formerly, I served as a daycare director at Little Sprouts in San Luis Obispo, CA. I oversaw the care of infants and toddlers and managed daily operations. Later, in San Diego, I took on the role of after school program assistant director at Bay Park Elementary School. I supervised and taught students from UTK (transitional kindergarten) through 5th grade and helped design dynamic, educational programs. Throughout every role, my favorite and most meaningful part has been building strong, trusting relationships with families and fellow educators. As well as partnering together to support each child’s growth and celebrating their milestones along the way.

I hold a degree in Psychology and specialized coursework in child development. I bring both experience and a commitment to lifelong learning to my work. I am dedicated to staying current in the childcare field. I keep up with the latest research and best practices in child development and psychology.

At BeKonnected, my goal is to make sure every child feels seen and empowered to explore. While always providing care that reflects the highest standards of trust and quality.
